Carbinnovation (?) Proof-of-Concept by Elliot Alder

This isn't really meant as a theme. Okay, I think it looks kinda cool, but I've no plans of taking it any farther, or even polishing it up, unless the response is positive enough. The main purpose of this 'theme' was a proof-of-concept. I wanted to experiment with having a wallpaper [i]inside[/i] the icons, instead of around them, so I put a non-detracting wallpaper, then something neat in behind it. As you can see in the last screenshot, I did wallpapers in the form of Page0, Page1, Page2, etc. then a Wallpaper.png for the fractal bit. The pageX's all have holes cut out of them to allow the wallpaper to show through that and the backless icons. I'm tired of themes requiring specific ordering of icons to achieve the results you want. Maybe it's already been done, if so, please don't jump all over it, it's just an experiment that I didn't really research, I just did.

If the response is strong enough, [b]maybe[/b] I'll consider finishing it. There is an included template in case anyone wants more than 21 icons
If you're in a proof-of-concept thread, I would hope you understand it, so I'm not explaining
